We offer training programs in the following areas:
Finance & Controlling
As a trainee in this area, you will learn and understand all relevant business processes in operational and strategic Finance & Controlling. You will assist in the preparation of analyses, reports, and presentations. In addition, you'll work independently on your first projects. These are often related to technical and/or chemical topics or in support of the digitalization and sustainability of our processes.
Technical Sales
As part of this program, you will gain an insight into the diverse areas of our sales department and support our experienced team in daily business. You will independently take on initial business development projects and work on current trends in strategic areas. You will actively contribute your ideas and knowledge to the continuous improvement of business processes to increase customer value and product quality.
Business Administration
Through this rotation program, you will experience various departments at our headquarters to develop a comprehensive understanding of our business and processes. This includes areas such as Procurement, Human Resources, and Supply Chain Management. You will analyze data and actively contribute your ideas for improvement in a variety of projects.
R&D, Engineering & Production
We can also design a customized program for chemical and other engineering graduates. You could join our R&D department and learn how an idea becomes a finished product. Or you can join one of our technical teams and work as a newly qualified engineer on the optimization of our production facilities.
