Foundation stone laid for new administration building and development laboratory

We are pleased to announce the laying of the foundation stone for our new construction and investment project! We are expanding our presence in Leverkusen with a new administration building with modern workplace concepts and integrated innovative development laboratory. The building complex is being constructed with a total gross floor area of 1,668 m² in the Leverkusen Innovation Park.
"The cornerstones of LEVACO Chemicals GmbH - innovation and sustainability - are also consistently considered and implemented in the planning and construction," CEO Marius Mühlenberg.
Special attention was paid to sustainability during the construction of the building: The new building meets the 40 EE efficient house standard and a photovoltaic system on the roof of the building produces sustainable energy. In this way, a 60% lower energy requirement is achieved than is currently required by law. Completion of the new building is scheduled for December 2023.
