LEVACO has been awarded the 'Leverkusen Company Award 2024'. The award recognizes the company's outstanding achievements in the areas of innovation, sustainability and social responsibility.

“The award for LEVACO underlines the trust placed in the company and its contribution to the economic and social development of the region", emphasised Markus Märtens, Managing Director of the WfL.

CEO Marius J. L. Mühlenberg also commented: “We are delighted to receive this award because it confirms that we are on the right track with our strategy as a medium-sized company in a highly competitive market.”

Sustainability.
LEVACO is not only economically successful, but also sets strong accents in terms of sustainability. For the eighth time in a row, the company has been awarded the EcoVadis Gold certificate, placing it in the top 5% of assessed companies worldwide. The energy consumption in production has been reduced significantly by investing in sustainable technologies.

Social responsibility.
The company also has a strong social commitment. Particularly worth mentioning is the company's HR policy, which focuses on investing in traineeship programs and staff qualification. LEVACO also supports local initiatives e.g. as children's and youth football.
